Management Team

The Board has hired Signature Property Management to manage and conduct daily affairs of the building. Signature Property Management specializes in high rise buildings and manages the Western Auto Condominiums, Wall Street Condominium, Sulgrave/Regency, Townsend Place and The Crestwood among others and has been in business since 1982. Joy Peters
Property Account Executive

Joy Peters is the Vice President of Operations at Signature Property Management. She oversees the Metropolitan account and works closely with the Board. She has been involved in residential management for the past 14 years including on-site leasing and management, regional supervisor and Director of Property Management. She is a Designated Community Association Institute Manager (CAI) and also an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM).

Dana Conner
General Manager

Dana Conner Dana has been working in property management for the past 4 years. Her experience ranges from leasing to management. Dana has demonstrated strong leadership at the Metropolitan.

Darrell Daniels
Maintenance Supervisor

Darrell Daniels Darrell holds a degree in Applied Arts and Science from Fort Scott Community College. He has been involved in property maintenance for the past 10 years. He works directly with the general manager on resolving all maintenance issues of the building.

Olu Todd
Maintenance Technician

Olu has been employed with The Metropolitan building since 2003. His responsibilities range from landscaping to janitorial, to filling in wherever needed. Olu Todd has proven to be a viable asset to The Metropolitan.

Craig Dolman
On-site Concierge Supervisor

Craig Dolman Craig has been with the building for many years. His experience and knowledge of the building are great when residents need help. Besides Craig The Metropolitan has three other concierge staff that are there to assist residents on daily basis from 7 in the morning to midnight weekdays, noon until midnight weekends..
